Drink Bracelets
Items Needed:
- ID Bracelets (see below) - These are located in the money room
- Souvenir cups (different each year). These are located in the money room
How to Operate:
Volunteers must check everyone’s ID. Patrons must be before after September 10, 11, 12, 2000. If they do not have an ID they will not be allowed to get a bracelet or to purchase alcohol drink tickets.

Price: $3 16oz Souvnir Cup - Refills are $3 each time after.
Draught Beer
Items Needed:
- 14 oz plastic cups - located in warehouse
- Bar towels
- Plastic bucket for volunteer tickets
- See Beer Chair for keys to beer truck
How to Operate:
There will be two beer trucks – 3 sides open. Each side will have 4 volunteers per shift. One volunteer per shift will be responsible for handling cash, other volunteers will serve beers.

Happy Hour
Items Needed:
- Bar high top setup - Rounded half tables
- Theme decor - images/signage/lights/candles
- 4 - 6 or 8 ft tables, 3 - 1/2 size 6 foot tables
- Table Risers
- 9oz, 12oz cups
- Bourbon barrel tables
- Pipe and drape for backdrops
- Bar towels
- Liquor - confirm type and quantity with booth Chair

How to Operate:
Happy Hours is like any typical bar. All bar drinks are simple (bourbon & water, rum & coke etc.) Bar tenders have the right to refuse service to anyone who seems under the influence. Can have security assist if patron is being difficult.
See Booth Chair for drinks being served. Popular drinks are margaritas and bourbon slush. Recipies below:
Margarita Ingredients:
1 bottle Margarita Mix (Costco) + 1 bottle 750 ml Tequila (donated by parishioners)
Bourbon Trail Bourbon Slush Ingredients:
2- 12oz cans frozen lemonade concentrate
2- 46oz cans pineapple Juice
3- cups white sugar
4- cups strong brewed black tea
2- cups bourbon whiskey
2- 2 liter bottles sprit

- Bucket to catch melting ice
- Saw horses (to set tub on)

- Bar stools
- Softdrinks, Capri Suns, Water
How to Operate:
- Ice drinks in cooler 30 minutes before the festival begins each night.
- Sell drinks (carbonated and non-carbonated) and water products: $1.00 each
- Check coolers to see if more ice is needed to keep cool
- Check bucket frequently for overflow drainage.
- At the end of the night: Cover tub with cardboard 12-pack containers
