Sponsorships

St. Barbara Church is excited to announce our 14th annual Rocktoberfest on September 12 and 13, 2025! 


We are turning to our community to help make this event a huge success so we can once again celebrate our Christian fellowship!


Through your generosity, you can market and advertise your business and help St. Barbara Parish extend assistance to the community at large. Individuals and families are also invited to become sponsors.  If you can’t be a full sponsor, you can make any size monetary or in-kind donation. St. Barbara Church is a non-profit organization, and your donation is tax exempt (501)(C)(3).


Each sponsor will be recognized by the Northern Kentucky community, the St. Barbara congregation (1700 families), and thousands of festival patrons. We offer multiple levels of sponsorship to work with any size budget. Please see the Sponsorship Application for details. Your contribution, continued support, and community involvement is greatly appreciated.


Sponsoring is easy! Return your application no later than July 30, 2025 if you wish to participate.

Monetary Sponsorships

Silver Level $100 (booth sponsor)

  • Name (only) recognition on mini sponsor sign featured on one of the festival booths


Gold Level $500

Silver recognition included plus:

  • Name (only) printed on official festival t-shirt
  • Main sponsor board featured above main stage
  • Sponsor will be recognized through the weekend over our public address system during festival


Platinum Level $1000

Silver & Gold recognition included plus:

  • Name/logo and phone number printed on official festival t-shirt
  • Name/logo and phone number on ONE of the advertising benches


Diamond Level $2500

Silver, Gold, and Platinum recognition included plus the following:

  • Name/logo and phone number on TWO of the advertising benches
  • Name/logo and phone number on TWO yard signs
  • Sponsor may post their company banner (no larger than 4’x8’)
  • Sponsor will be featured on the St. Barbara Facebook page, Website, App and Parish bulletin



Corporate Level $3500
Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond recognition included plus the following:

  • Name, logo and phone number on FOUR of the advertising benches
  • Name, logo and phone number on FOUR yard signs posted at entrance and exit
  • Holy Donut Bag branding (corporate level only)


Band Level $5000
Corporate recognition included plus the following:

  • Stage Branding. Band level sponsorship includes this exclusive branding opportunity. Our 20’x30’ covered stage is the focal point of the festival. Vertical and horizontal banners will be strategically on/around the stage to maximize public view.

Happy Hour Tent Sponsor $1000

  • Name/logo/Company info printed on large vinyl banner and booth signage.
  • Includes a Festival Cocktail to be named after the sponsor.

Ducky Downs Tent Sponsor $1000

  • Name/logo/Company info printed on large vinyl banner and racetrack signage.

  • Name/logo/Company Info printed on large vinyl banner and tent signage.

Children’s Game Area $1000

  • Name/logo/Company Info printed on TWO vertical vinyl banners marking the area.
    This sponsorship is exclusive.  1 SPONSORSHIP AVAILABLE


Souvenir Cup Sponsor $1500

  • Name/logo/printed on souvenir thermal cups sold during
    the festival.
    This sponsorship is exclusive. 1 SPONSORSHIP AVAILABLE


In-Kind Sponsorships


In-kind sponsorships are any goods or commodities that the festival can use to cut overall expenses or improve the festival bottom line. This is a non-monetary donation. The overall value of the in-kind donation is to be determined prior to acceptance. Value of the donation will determine sponsorship classifications as seen above.
