8 AM Saturday - 2 PM Sunday


Doors open at 8:00 AM. Please arrive no later than 8:15 AM.
Program concludes by 2:00 PM on Sunday.

Overnight stay on Saturday encouraged to maintain focus without outside distractions.



  • What to expect on a Welcome Weekend Retreat: Individuals sharing their faith journey, Scripture reading with group discussion, Reconciliation, Mass, and more! The Welcome team is comprised of parishioners who have attended previous Welcome retreats.
  • Who may attend: Any interested individual over the age of 18 is invited.
  • Wear: casual comfortable clothing and shoes.
  • Food and Drinks: Meals and snacks are provided. Breakfast and lunch will be provided on Saturday and Sunday. Dinner is provided on Saturday night. There is a good variety of food and beverages to accommodate most diets. Please let us know of any special diets/allergies on the registration form.
  • Sleeping accommodations Air mattresses are provided and will be set up in the Sterling Event Center.  Please bring a pillow, blankets or sleeping bags and any toiletries required.
  • Other Items to Bring: If you have a preferred Bible or rosary, please bring it with you. Bibles and rosaries will be provided upon request. 
  • Mass: Participants will attend at 4:30 PM on Saturday.
  • Parking:  Please park vehicles on the far side of the event center.
  • Cost: Free! This weekend is a gift from St. Barbara Church. 



To register,  complete the online form below or signup with a Welcome representative at church.  So that we can prepare for the weekend, we ask that registrations are submitted by the Monday preceding the weekend.
